Monday was the beginning of Community Service week at Dominican! We will be painting a wall on Tuesday and beginning the Garden project. The students learned about these new projects in assembly and we walked around the school property to see the sight of the wall painting and the garden! I think everyone is excited to improve this campus and keep it clean!
We also went to the library on Monday afternoon and the students are getting really good at sharing books and describing pictures, together! Sharing is caring and is so nice to see.
We started a new theme this week, Animals. We will be talking about Farm Animals, Zoo Animals, and Pets.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! There was a notice sent home in the communication book about the Thanksgiving lunch, please return your RSVP slip by Thursday.
Also, I will be away next week (November 16-20) so there will not be any blog updates. They will be in good hands with my three amazing assistants, and Sister Heart will also be in the classroom. Please let me know if you have any questions.
